Question: Why are so many sites using PayPal to process credit card payments.
Answer: There are a number of reasons. For one, there are several million people using it. You can use it to send money to small companies and individuals. However, a major reason is the level of safety and security when making a purchase in this uncertain world. PayPal uses a secure encrypted website to process transactions, your credit card number is not revealed to anyone (even the seller does not know your number), and perhaps most important, purchasing from a PayPal "Verified Seller" (such as LynnCoins.com) offers you a higher level of trust and security.
Question: LynnCoins.com is a PayPal Verified seller, yet a lot of other dealers on the internet are not. Why?
Answer: PayPal may verify a seller if the dealer is willing to go through the verification process. This process determines if the sellers address is true and correct, if they have a USA bank account, and it provides a positive rating process based on the number of satisfied purchasers through PayPal.
Question: Why don't you ship to addresses outside of the USA?
Answer: There are really a number of reasons. For one, the cost is much higher to ship anywhere outside of the USA. Some countries charge excessive fees, limit the amount of insurance coverage or don't have insurance available to protect against loss. Another problem is receiving valid payment from other countries. We've tried it in the past and have had a much higher incidence of loss. The problems outweighed the benefits. Note:We do ship to military personnel at most APO addresses.
Question: I can't get your shopping cart to work. Can you help?
Answer: The shopping cart stores the items you select on your computer using the typical computer cookies process. This problems will occur if you have cookies disabled on your computer or if you are using an office computer (with cookies disabled). Yes, we'll be glad to help you make your purchase. Please email us if you have a problem. We accept orders by email, and payment by personal check or money order. Just email us regarding the items you would like to order and let us know how you'd like to make payment.
Question: When I go to Check Out my screen kicks me back to your site instead of going to PayPal.
Answer: If the PayPal site is temporarily off line this will occur. It may also occur if you are using an older version of a web browser, or if our server is having technical problems. Please email us if you have any such problems, and we'll be glad to work out a way for you to make payment without using the shopping cart.
Question: How to I clear the items in my shopping cart?
Answer: The shopping cart stores the items you select until you are ready to check out. For your convenience, if you come back to our web site next week the items you selected today will be there. To remove the items you are no longer interested in click on the View Shopping Cart bar. A list of items in your cart will appear. Click the clear shopping cart button at the bottom of the page, or change the number of items in the cart.
Safety Tips
When you have an account that requires a log-in and password. NEVER, under any circumstances
share your PayPal password with anyone.
click on a link found in an email from what appears to be PayPal or any other log-in website such as e-bay, e-gold, E-Trade, or bank accounts. Fraudulent individuals send out spam emails that look like they are from a reputable company. Such emails are designed to steal your password and the funds in your account. Their intent is to try to get you to click on the link found in the email and then enter your password. The link takes you to a webpage that is set up to look like the real company, but is somewhere overseas. Such emails may appear to be from a legitimate company such as e-gold, paypal, or a stock trading company, but in reality is some fly-by-night overseas site. Often these emails will say that the company has "some kind of problem with your account and you need to log-in to your account to correct it". If really feel you must log-in to your account, go directly to the company's web site using your browser. Click here to read more.
